Worth the price vs buying a book

Before this app, I meant to zentangle daily, but I was lucky if I tangled once a week. Since then, I usually tangle daily. Im getting to know and experience the ZEN in this exercise. Thank you Katherine.

I like the app, especially having patterns right on all my device. As I tangle a pattern and want a reminder/refresher, I check Doodles. This is where listing the pattern names would be helpful. As is, scrolling through is the only way to find a pattern, hoping to find the picture I recognize as the one Im looking for. The pattern content is somewhat limited, but theres plenty there to make the app well worth my pennies. Overall, good app!

I got this hoping to get some inspirations and learn how to make zentangles. I was disappointed because about half the patterns were locked and I needed to buy pack 1 and pack 2 (which were each $1.99) to see the instructions. It still shows you the picture, so you have 100 designs. Overall a good app.

Handy and always ready right when I need it. I look forward to new updates.

Great selection of tangles with excellent step-outs. Shading as the last step would make this app perfect!

While there are some good patterns with instructions, many of them you have to spend more money to get. I dont mind buying an ap but Im not going to keep paying and paying for each pattern. That is refi cultus. I found free stuff on line

Im brand new to Zentangle so I definitely needed some pattern inspiration...I was disappointed to find that all the really cool patterns had to be purchased separately. I guess I should have read the fine print.
